Welcome to LR Consulting LLC!

Hello! I’m Leslie Roberts, and I want to tell you a little about myself and why I started LR Consulting LLC. In 2011, I’d decided that although I loved teaching, the public school system was no longer for me. I’d stumbled into a small corporation that June, willing to try anything. I began using Salesforce as an end-user, but had so many questions - enough so that it caught the attention of the Business Operations Manager. I quickly moved from Customer Support to the Business Operations team after only 8 months of being at the company. From there, I moved across three positions over 7 years, from Salesforce Administrator to Analyst. I immersed myself into the various parts of Salesforce, customizing the platform to fit our company needs, and helping teams learn along the way. I merged teaching and technical skills to help our users adapt - everyone from end users in Support to Directors, VP’s, and C-Level stakeholders across various departments. It was in this role that I flew to China and Australia to assist in training on-site for one of our releases. Soon after, I moved on to an adventurous start-up as a Salesforce Consultant, and used my love for helping others to work alongside other consultants on projects and assisted small businesses in scaling their Salesforce organizations to save them both time and money.
